Some new characters experiences are coming to Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure Park this summer. A brassy buccaneer known as Redd will be arriving at Disneyland Park in just a few days. This fierce and independent pirate will be sailing into New Orleans Square on June 8. Be sure to look for this mysterious pirate as she travels from port to port throughout the Caribbean!

Also, Doctor Strange is now appearing for the first time at the Disneyland Resort. The Master of the Mystic Arts acts as an intermediary between the real world and what lies beyond, traveling great distances in an instant! And throughout the summer, you can catch more heroes throughout Hollywood Land for a limited time, including Black Panther, Black Widow, Captain America, Spider-Man, Loki, Thor and Gamora. They have teamed up to meet with their newest “recruits” for the ultimate heroic encounter!

Downtown Disney continues its promenade-wide transformation throughout 2018. Multiple new venues — such as Ballast Point and Black Tap Craft Burgers & Shakes, both opening later this year—and significant refurbishments to marquee dining and retail locations — including the World of Disney store — will be completed throughout the year while Downtown Disney remains open to Guests.
